The Arkansas State Golf Association and the First Tee of Central Arkansas are pleased to announce the award winners of the recently established Arnold Palmer Scholarship. The recipients and their colleges of choice are:
Her real estate career began early when she sold her first house at the age of 16. Phyllis Smithwick Thomas became Vice President of Smithwick Incorporated in 1960 and was Treasurer of Rawick Manufacturing Company, both family-owned businesses. She served as president of the Pine Bluff Realtors Association and was State Director and District Vice President of the Arkansas Real Estate Association.
Ulrika Belline, a realtor in northwest Arkansas, lost in a playoff to advance to the round of 64 at the USGA Women’s Senior Amateur Championship at Anchorage Golf Club in Anchorage, Alaska.
