Sarah Hardison Women's State Four-Ball Championship

📍 Host club: Maumelle Country Club

📅 Date: October 8th-9th, 2026

Registration Opens: May 25th, 2026 @ 12 pm CST

Registration Closes: October 2nd, 2026 @ 4 pm CST

Eligibility: Open to all women with a valid GHIN and member of a recognized AGA in the US. Anyone not an ASGA member will be required to purchase a yearly membership here. 

Divisions: Teams may be comprised of women playing in different age divisions. 

Handicap Index Requirements: There are no maximum or minimum requirements for handicaps; however, a GHIN number is required at registration for each participant.

Tee Markers: TBD yardages

Entry Fee: The entry fee is $250 per team. The deadline to enter is October 2nd, 2026 at 4 pm CST, or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned. Entry fee includes player’s green fee, cart fee, and range balls.

Format: 36 hole FourBall stroke play competition, 18 holes each day. 

Flights – Number of flights will be determined by the number of entries, with a maximum potential of 5 flights. 

Schedule of Events:

Starting Times: Shotgun Start both rounds. 12:30 PM start Thursday, 8:30 AM start Friday.

Food: Hors d'oeuvres following conclusion of play Thursday Evening. Awards Lunch will be provided following the conclusion of play after Round 2. 

Practice Rounds: Practice rounds are available for participants at a reduced rate. Please call the pro shop to schedule at:501-851-1033.

Prizes: Top finishers will be awarded during the luncheon following the completion of the final round of play. Prizes will be paid out in Maumelle CC golf shop merchandise credit.

Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
