Eligibility: Entries are open to female golfers who are residents of the state of Arkansas, and upon approval by the ASGA, non-residents whose home course is located in Arkansas. All student athletes playing for an in-state college regardless of residence are eligible. All participants must be ASGA individual members. The minimum age is 16 unless approved by the ASGA Women’s Committee. Teams are welcome to be made up of players from different age groups.
Handicap Index Requirements: There are no maximum or minimum requirements for handicaps; however, a GHIN number is required at registration for each participant.
Team Flights: Flights will be determined by team average handicap prior to the start of the round. Flights will be determined by an average of 75% team handicap.
Tee Markers: Each division will play from age appropriate tees. Am is open to all, Mid-Ams 25+, Seniors 50+, Super Seniors 60+, Legends 70+.
Entry Fee: The entry fee for the event is $460 per team ($115 per player). The deadline to enter is August 10th 2026 at 4 pm CST, or until the field is full. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be returned. The entry fee includes green fees, carts, lunch, and range balls.
ATTN: Due to limited carts, we will ask the four ladies in a team to share two (2) carts and not split up into individual carts. Private carts welcome. We ask that you include whether you will be bringing your own cart. This prepares us in advance for additional carts. Thank you!
Format: 18 holes Modified Best Ball with a 4-person team. Each team will be given a dozen pink balls. One player will be designated to use the pink ball on each hole. The pink ball will rotate among the team during the round. The player’s score who is playing the Pink Ball will count on that hole and be added to the best ball from the other 3 players on the team. All players will play age-appropriate tees.

Points earned will go towards the inaugural Women’s Scramble Championship.
Schedule of Events:
Food: Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of play during awards.
Prizes: Diamante Pro Shop Credit to winning teams in each flight.
Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
