Format:
36 holes of Scramble. Your entry fee includes green and cart fees/range balls, lunch both days, players
reception, and flight prizes.
Starting Times:
Day 1 will be a 1:00 pm shotgun start on Saturday, May 5th. Day 2 will be a 9:00 am shotgun
start on Sunday, May 6th. Information regarding the event, including pairings, will be emailed to players ?
please make sure you list the best form of contact on the registration form.
Practice Rounds:
To schedule please call the pro shop at 501-624-2661.
Tees:
Players age 50-59 will play from the Blue tees. Players age 60-74 will play from the Green tees. Players
age 75-84 and older will play from the White tees. Anyone 85 and older will play from the Red tees.
Flights:
Teams will be flighted by score at the conclusion of round 1. Flights will be based on gross scores and
dependent on the number of participants.
Lunch:
Lunch will be provided to all players both days of the tournament. Sausage biscuits will be available for
breakfast Saturday prior to play.
Player Reception:
All players are encouraged to attend a reception for participants in the Clubhouse beginning
immediately following round 1 play. Complimentary refreshments and hors d?oeuvres will be provided. We
hope you will all stick around for fellowship and fun.
Refund/Cancelation:
Standard SGAA Policy applies. Please contact the ASGA, as soon as possible, if you need
to withdraw.
