Former Arkansas State Am champ Lilly Thomas is one of four players who began LPGA Tour Q-School at Stage 1 and is still competing for a 2024 LPGA Tour card.
The Bentonville High School and Tulsa product finished T43 at Stage 1 in August, T21 at Stage 2 in October, and made the four-round cut on Dec. 4 to advance to the final two rounds of the Final Stage. The top 45 and ties at Final Stage will earn 2024 LPGA Tour status.
Through eight holes of her fifth round, Thomas is 4-under-par for the Final Stage and three shots back from securing 2024 LPGA Tour membership.
LPGA INTERVIEW AFTER ROUND 1 AT FINAL STAGE
Thomas received a sponsor’s exemption into the LPGA’s NW Arkansas Championship earlier this year while she was still at Tulsa, and made the cut with a shot to spare.
By making it to the Final Stage of the Q Series, Thomas has locked up 2024 Epson Tour Status in category C.
