Did you know:

Since 1992, more than $250,000 has been awarded to 77 Arkansas High School graduates through the ASGA Scholarship program.

ASGA Scholarships can be worth up to $1,000 per semester and can be awarded for up to eight semesters if the student maintains full-time status with a class load of at least 12 hours per semester maintains at least a 2.75 GPA and sends transcripts each semester to the ASGA office. So that initial $1,000 scholarship turns into an $8,000 scholarship for a lot of our scholarship recipients! Between new scholarships awarded and past scholarships still being renewed by students, in 2012 alone ASGA will be paying for 19 scholarships for deserving young women and men!

Originally, all recipients attended college in Arkansas, but now that has been expanded to Professional Golf Management (PGM) Degrees and those studying Turf Grass Science in all parts of the United States. Scholarship applications can be obtained by clicking the “application” link under the Foundation tab at the top of the page on our website, www.asga.org.
